Hello! My name is Abbie Gorton and I am a second-grade teacher at Thomas Read Elementary.  I have been teaching at Thomas Read since 2008.  I got my Teaching Degree from Grand Valley State University and my Master's Degree from Capella University. 

I have a wonderful husband and two children. I love spending time with my family, camping, reading, and baking.
